Changes.
MUKTI NARI O SHISHU UNNAYAN SANGSTHA may make changes to the content and services offered on the Site (the “Services”) at any time. MUKTI NARI O SHISHU UNNAYAN SANGSTHA can change, update, or add or remove provisions of these Terms, at any time by posting the updated Terms on this Site and notifying users of the changes to the Terms and their effective date. However, in order to access certain password-restricted areas of the Site (such as applying for a grant or submitting content to an online media project) and to use certain Services and Materials offered on and through the Site, you must register with MUKTI NARI O SHISHU UNNAYAN SANGSTHA for an account and receive a password.
Donations.
MUKTI NARI O SHISHU UNNAYAN SANGSTHA welcomes donations. The terms that are applicable to any donations that you may make are found here: https://muktinari.org.bd/contract-donate/
Purchases.
MUKTI NARI O SHISHU UNNAYAN SANGSTHA hosts events (“Events”) and provides the opportunity to register to attend these Events from the Site. Some of these Events will require you to pay a fee to attend. For those Events that require a fee for attendance, you agree to pay all applicable fees or charges for your purchases, including shipping fees and taxes as applicable. If MUKTI NARI O SHISHU UNNAYAN SANGSTHA cannot charge your credit card, PayPal or other payment method for any reason, MUKTI NARI O SHISHU UNNAYAN SANGSTHA reserves the right to either suspend or terminate your access to the Site and account and terminate these Terms. You are expressly agreeing that MUKTI NARI O SHISHU UNNAYAN SANGSTHA is permitted to bill you for the applicable fees, any applicable tax and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of this Site and the fees will be billed to your credit card, PayPal or other payment method designated by you and accepted by MUKTI NARI O SHISHU UNNAYAN SANGSTHA.
There may be circumstances where MUKTI NARI O SHISHU UNNAYAN SANGSTHA must cancel Events for which you may have purchased a ticket. In that situation, MUKTI NARI O SHISHU UNNAYAN SANGSTHA will notify you and promptly issue you a refund using the original payment method, which shall be your sole and exclusive remedy in this situation. MUKTI NARI O SHISHU UNNAYAN SANGSTHA makes no warranties regarding any of the Events that it may host, co-host or sponsor. Any decision to attend an Event is entirely your own and MUKTI NARI O SHISHU UNNAYAN SANGSTHA shall not have any liability of any kind with respect to any Event in excess of the admission fee received by MUKTI NARI O SHISHU UNNAYAN SANGSTHA.
Electronic Communications.
By using the Site and/or the Services provided on or through the Site, you consent to receiving electronic communications from MUKTI NARI O SHISHU UNNAYAN SANGSTHA.
