MNSUS has developed 5 years (2016-2020) strategic plan to achieve its specific objectives for the greater interest and welfare of the people of the catchment’s area by focusing 3 important strategic issues:

Development Strategy of the Organization:
The organization extended its all-out efforts to build capacity of the constituent:

Providing health awareness to women and children.

Consciousness rising of the poor, particularly of women about their rights.
-
Providing legal support, Counseling, mediation and health as well as holistic support for the poor & distressed women & children and rehabilitated their own family.

Mobilizing and organizing the poor into groups to inspire the spirit of self-help and leadership skill.

Promoting socio-economic conditions through research work.

Ensure good governance in the working area.

Making illiterate people functionally literate for confidence building and participating in development activities.

Extending small savings and micro-credit opportunities to the organized group members for self-employment and income generation.

Providing clinical services to mothers and children to reduce maternal and child mortality and morbidity.

Providing water and sanitation services.

Stimulating the process of sustainable development.

Collaborating with relevant government, national and international development agencies for wide support and cooperation.
